Our goal is to provide you with the best possible experience living with us, and we believe that every member of our community deserves equally comfortable conditions in their home. Creating a respectful shared living environment is a team effort, and every team needs rules to ensure fairness. Therefore, we kindly ask you to follow these regulations during your stay at Badi:
- Please be mindful of noise levels to ensure that your roommates and neighbors can rest comfortably. We don't expect complete silence, but if you need to make noise, please do so only during the legally allowed hours of 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Our apartments are designed for comfortable living and are not suitable for parties. Please refrain from hosting parties in the apartment. There are many great venues around the city for socializing and celebrating
- By default, we do not allow animals or pets in our apartments. However, if you would like to bring a pet with you, please contact us in advance to discuss whether an exception can be made.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments, including in individual rooms and bathrooms. Any confirmed instances of smoking inside the apartment will result in a fine of 200€. In the event of damage, the penalty shall be added to the costs of the damage incurred.
- We have put a lot of effort into designing and renovating our properties to make them comfortable and functional. To maintain the quality of our apartments, it is forbidden to make any rearrangements, renovations, reformation, or maintenance without consulting with us first. Any unsanctioned actions of this kind will result in a fine.
- Please be conscious of your use of natural resources, such as water, electricity, and gas. We encourage you to conserve these resources whenever possible to reduce waste and minimize our impact on the environment.
- Please ensure that all entrances and doors to the apartment are checked and closed every time you leave the premises, as well as at night. Additionally, please ensure that the balcony/terrace door is locked.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or missing items inside the apartment, including both common areas and individual rooms. If you suspect unauthorized access to the property, please inform us as soon as possible.
- Don't keep trash inside the house. When the bin is full, please dispose of the trash in the nearest outdoor container, it’s mandatory. Please note that our municipality practices waste sorting, so kindly separate recyclables to contribute to ecological conservation
- Please use communal facilities wisely, as they may be needed by your roommates. After using the washing or drying machines, please remove your clothes promptly. If you need to dry clothes using the clothing rack, please allocate it either inside your room or in the inner courtyard. Please avoid using common areas for this purpose
