This can vary by the condition you leave your private bedroom & common area. You always want to leave your space better than you found it. In any event, a cleaning fee will be charged on your first month’s rent to sanitise and deep clean your room. The price of this fee may vary depending on the size of the room or apartment.
How do I change my payment method?
You can change your current payment method by following these steps:
1. Cancel the current payment method associated with your account. We will provide you with a manual payment link in your upcoming billing cycle. This will allow the method you use for this manual payment to be retained for future monthly transactions.
2. Alternatively, we can give you a call and ask you to provide us with the numerical details of your card. This way, we can directly update the payment method in our system. You won't need to wait until the next month, and it will eliminate the need for manual processes.
