We offer three distinct cleaning plans: Basic, Comfort, and Plus. Each plan caters to different preferences and living situations. Here's a breakdown of the key differences:

Basic Plan: If you're residing in a shared flat and simply want to maintain the cleanliness of the common areas, the Basic Plan is ideal for you.

Upgrading to one of our Cleaning Plans for Guest Upgrades is easy. Simply contact our Hospitality Team at support@badiapp.zendesk.com. We will assist you in selecting the plan that fits your needs.

Can I change my plan later if my needs change?
Yes, you can change your cleaning plan at any time to accommodate your evolving requirements. If you wish to cancel your plan subscription, please provide notice before the 1st or 15th of the preceding month when you want to end Plan.
02. Pet Fee and Couples Fee
If you plan to bring your pet during your stay or will be sharing the space with your partner, please note that booking the Pet Fee and Couples Fee is mandatory at the time of your accommodation reservation. Be sure to add these services during the booking process to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
Please note:
- Pets are only allowed in private apartments.
- In private apartments or suites, a maximum of 2 people can be accommodated. We will not accept more than 2 people in a single or double room.
03. Flexible Booking for Cleaning Plans and Home Office Setup
The reservation for Cleaning Plans and Home Office Setup can be made during your accommodation booking. If you're uncertain at the time of booking but later decide to take advantage of these services, no worries. You can add them to your reservation at a later date.
04. Timing for Additional Service Reservations
For most other additional services, you have the flexibility to book them at any point during the reservation process. Whether it's extra cleaning services or other offerings, you can decide when to include them to customize your stay to your preferences.
05. Cancellation of Periodic Extra Services
If you've subscribed to periodic extra services and wish to cancel them, please keep in mind that cancellations must be made between the 1st and the 15th of the preceding month. This ensures that the cancellation takes effect for the upcoming month. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the service subscription being applied for the next month.
