If you can’t access your account, try the following steps:

Verify how you registered:
- If you registered with Google or Facebook, select the corresponding option on the login screen ("Continue with Google" or "Continue with Facebook"). If you are using Chrome, make sure you have the "name@gmail.com" profile active in the browser.
- If you registered with your email address, make sure to log in with that same email.

Check your login details:
- Make sure you have entered your email and password correctly.
- If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password?" to reset it. You will receive an email with instructions.

Not receiving the password reset email?
- Your account might be associated with Google or Facebook. In that case, use those options to log in.

Avoid duplicate accounts:
If your account appears as new when logging in, it’s possible that:
- You’re not using the same email address you originally registered with. Make sure to double-check this.
- A new account was accidentally created if you reinstalled the app.
To resolve this, check your email for any messages from Badi related to your previous account. If you can’t find them or need additional help, contact us using the email associated with your original account.

- If you are still having issues, try logging in from another device or using the web version of Badi on a computer.
