Do I have to show the room before we complete the booking?
This is up to you and the person interested in renting the room. You can do the whole process without having to leave the platform. Make sure your listing contains all the following details and that all the information is accurate:
- Check that you've added all the key details correctly, such as: rental price, services, location, and availability;
- Make sure your listing contains good pictures of the room and of the common areas;
- Stay available and answer any additional questions via Badi secure chat.
- Rent your room safely through the platform.
What does the score next to my name mean?
Your lister score shows tenants that you are trustworthy and reliable, and it helps rent your property faster. There is no limit to the score you can get, and it increases with the following:
- Verifying your personal details
- Verifying your bank details
- Response time to tenants (the lower, the better)
- Amount of rentals done via Badi (the more, the better)
- Amount of visits done via Badi (the more, the better)
- Having positive reviews from tenants

How can I report a user?
If you’ve had any issues with another user, do not hesitate to report it so that we can investigate further.
- App/website: just go to your chat with the user and scroll to the bottom of the screen where you'll see the option "Report User". Click there and select the reason why you want to report that user.
✅ Tip: Give us all the information possible when reporting the user or the room. This will help us take the necessary actions as quickly as possible.
