- Priority in messages: Your message will be pinned to the top of the message inbox until the landlord responds, ensuring priority over other candidates.
- Guaranteed interaction: Landlords can always respond to your message, even if they are on the limited messages plan.
Duration and Cost
- Fast-Track costs €9.99 and is not a subscription. It is valid for 30 days, but if you haven't found a room after subscribing to Fast-Track, we will extend the plan for another 30 days free of charge. To do so, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@badi.com.
How does Fast-Track work compared to standard requests?
- No need for acceptance: Landlords do not need to accept your requests to chat with you.
- Unlimited messages: Landlords can interact with you even if they have reached their message limit.
What happens if my Fast-Track is about to expire?
- If your Fast-Track is about to expire after the additional 30 free days, you will need to purchase a new one to continue enjoying its benefits.
Can I transfer my Fast-Track to someone else?
- No, Fast-Track is non-transferable. It only works for the tenant role on Badi.
Can I purchase Fast-Track if I am both a tenant and a landlord on Badi?
- Yes, you can purchase Fast-Track even if you have a listing and use Badi as both a tenant and a landlord, but its benefits only apply when you use Badi as a tenant.

I can't delete closed conversations and can't access new messages. What should I do?
- Currently, it is not possible to delete closed conversations. Try archiving the conversations to keep your inbox organized. Make sure you are not in the "Closed" filter.
The chat section shows an error and messages do not appear. How do I fix this?
- Ensure you are in the correct profile (tenant or landlord). Try clearing your browsing data and resetting the app. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
